With a lifelong commitment to unlocking human potential, Kathy Andersen has spent over two decades empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to bridge the gap between what is and what is possible.
Kathy's expertise is deeply rooted in both evidence-based research and experiential wisdom, integrating a master’s degree from Harvard University Kennedy School in international development and leadership; a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology (in progress); numerous credentials in areas relating to personal development, positive psychology, and trauma resolution; and teaching with Buddhist monks in India. Kathy’s work embodies the fusion of science and transcendence, offering powerful tools and practices to expand consciousness, cultivate wisdom, and align purpose with action.
Having overcome her own adversities, including sexual abuse throughout her childhood and cancer in adulthood, Kathy understands firsthand the transformative power of resilience, vision, and manifestation. Her award-winning books, including Change Your Shoes, Live Your Greatest Life, and her contributions to global bestsellers, such as The Soul of Success (Jack Canfield) and Option B (Sheryl Sandberg & Adam Grant), have inspired countless individuals to reclaim their power and create meaningful lives. As a visiting scholar at the Central University of Tibetan Studies in India, Kathy has worked to bridge ancient wisdom and philosophies with modern leadership and personal transformation.
